Re: Monday May 4 roll call
Checking in after being absent for several days.
My poor hubby got the flu, 2 days before the inlaws were due to arrive. Lovely.
But we got through the weekend and are now thankfully back on our own.
Now I just have to get rid of al the food the inlaws bought to be "helpful" OJ, Milk, Yogurt, Bananas, Rice, Dumplings... And that was after we'd explained the way we eat to them. I think it's just rude when people ignore you like that.
Anyway, I was able to stay strong and not eat any of the bad food they were preparing and was rewarded with an all-time low on the scale this morning!
I hope it sticks, as this makes me 15 pounds down since I started in mid-March!

) too and feel the boredom. I've also fallen into the trap of not taking care of myself. This sumemr I am returning to school to begin a pathway to chase a calling I have felt. That feels SO wonderufl - but Spring was FULL of crazy and hectic days applying, visiting, and reasearching sschooling options and hence a lot of stress eating. I am finding out it's a lot harder to be a non-traditional student than it was the first time around begining with a clean slate and no family to boot. But I am determined to follow this calling. I am equally determined to not gain the weight back - but i'm not feeling very healthful even at a healthy weight. KWIM?
