New low for me, 215 on the nose. I had a great low carb weekend, no cheats.
I have a wedding to go to on this Friday. I plan on eating low carb while I am there. I plan on not having any cake and having a few beers
, just enough to get me into a dancing mood.
Anybody else have any potential derailing events this week, and how do you plan on staying on track?
