Re: Induction Marathon - great idea!!

    6/7/09

Hey Shauna - here is the Cauliflower recipe!!!

Cauliflower hash browns I found this recipe on this website – I can’t remember which room it was it but here it is

    1 c cauliflower
    1 egg
    Butter

Use a grader to grade the cauliflower – I don’t have a grader so I just use a knife to cut it up really small
Put in microwave until tender – 3 to 4 minutes
Cool – I put mine in the freeze for about 10 to 15 minutes

    Whip up an egg
    Mix with cauliflower

Fry with butter – add a little salt and pepper if you like

Let me know if you love it as much as I do!! J

Yesterday we another really good day!!
I eat about the same as I did the day before - it is so much easier for me to eat the same stuff every day

I did my 500 cals at the gym
    weight trained - legs
    drank my water
    took my vitamin

    HAVE a Wonderful DAY!!!!

UGH...I did just horribly last night...I lost myself in a McDonald's binge of fries, shake, and burger that followed a dreadful night and a rough week.

I did pick myself up by the bootstraps though and am back on track as of this morning feeling exhausted and a smidge frustrated at myself. I haven't dared to step on the scale all week and don't dare to do it now either...maybe Monday. I've really got to kick things up a notch.
