    I was so busy yesterday - but I was able to stay on track... food was kind of crazy -
    I did not eat enough carbs! I need to do better today!

    2 eggs
    4 turkey bacon
    2 cup regular coffee with heavy whipping cream

    Snack
    Cheese slice

    Lunch
    Tuna and mayo

    Snack
    Tuna and mayo

    Dinner
    eggs and bacon

        Breakfast: 2 eggs, cheese, taco meat.
        Lunch: broccoli and chicken w/ garlic
        Dinner: asparagus, shirmp, and red pepper

        Bad Shauna.... I am here to admitt I made pumpkin bread and ate it. Sorry.
        I am back on track this morning. And I gave all of the bread away to co-workers
        this morning.

          110oz of water 1 cup tea (rosemary and mint with splenda)
          20 pushups
          40 situps
          1 mile walk

          Breakfast - Muffin in a Mug (flax muffin) and 2 boiled eggs
          Lunch - lettuce wrap with turkey, mayo, cheddar cheese, and bacon
          Snack - mixed veggies
          Dinner - Chicken breast, salad with ken's Italian Dressing, green beans

                I'm actually on induction this is my 5th day and so far so good. I can keep it up this whole month...

                  B- eggs & bacon

                  L- pork and eggplant stew

                  S- small green salad with oil and vinegar

                  D- BBQ chicken leg (my homemade BBQ, not the sugar stuff), grilled peppers and eggplant, green salad

                  TODAY
                  B- omelet with ham and cheese

                  L-tuna over a greek salad

                  D- 8 ounces salmon sauteed in olive oil and topped with fresh dill, broccoli with Hollandaise

                        Well I've been AWOL, and you all know what that means. But Thanksgiving is done, and I'm back on track as of now.
                        I'm going to cook lots tomorrow so I'm fully prepared this time.

                          good morning everyone!!! I hope your weekend was a great one! AND a late Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Canadian friends!!!! ( I just love Canada !!!)

                          I did not exercise over the weekend but stayed really busy - working on the house! I staed 100% on my eating and drinking water too -

                          Breakfast
                          2 eggs
                          4 turkey bacon
                          2 cup regular coffee with heavy whipping cream

                          Snack
                          Cheese slice

                          Lunch
                          Tuna and mayo

                          Snack
                          Tuna and mayo

                          Dinner
                          Fish
                          Mayo – salad

                          Tons of water

                            I am such a !

                            I ordered a Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee from McDonalds.

                            I didn't Know it had so many carbs (21)

                            I feel so Horrible


                            So I gained a 1 lbs and 6 ounces



                            Oh well......

                            I am not giving up I will keep it up.

                            I want to keep doing my induction with you guys!!!

                            I figure a little slip but at least it taught me a big lesson.

                            Yesterday I went shopping for all my Induction Ingredients.

                            So......maybe i'm the only here but just in case someone wants to get that particular drink....

                            DON'T!!!!

                            This is the start of my second week...

                              Exercise: Walked 2 Miles; 10 pushups and 15 squats
                              Liquid Intake: Drank 120oz water/herbal tea
                              Breakfast - Muffin in a Cup
                              Lunch - Stripped Steak w/ Salad
                              Dinner - Ground Beef with Brocolli and Cheese
                              Snack - Pork Rinds with one piece of cheese (melted the cheese oer pork rinds) - Yummie

                              11 Oct 09
                              Exercise - 3 Miles walking - 10 Pushups and 15 Squats
                              Fluid Intake - 100oz water/herbal tea
                              Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs/5 pieces of pepperoni
                              Lunch - Meat Pie - ground beef, cauliflower, cheese, greenbeans mixed together
                              Dinner - Pork Chop, cucumbers, greenbeans w/onions and bacon
                              Snack - Pork Rinds with Rotel mixed with cream cheese

                              Fluid Intake - 100oz and still drinking!
