    Exercise: None ( No excuse, just feeling lazy)

    B - 3 eggs & turkey sausage, 1/2 cp. tea w/ heavy cream & splends
    L - 2 McDonalds grilled chicken patties, side salad, 1 packet mayo
    D - Stuffed peppers, 1 cup cauliflower

    Water: So far only 32oz. The night is young, so I may be able to reach my goal.
    Exercise: None. I will go to the gym tomorrow to get myself back in gear.

    B - None (Slept late and had to rush out of the house)
    L - 2 mcdonalds grilled chicken patties, side salad, packet mayo
    D - Queso chicken ( 2 breasts with tomatoes etc.), Lettuce & spinach salad.

      Exercise: None, but did about an hour of yard work outside and put up the fall decorations.

      Water Intake - 100oz water

      What did I eat today?


      Breakfast - 2 large eggs, scrambled with 5 mushrooms, 5 greenbeans, 4 pieces of onions and butter (leftover from last night). One cup of green tea with splenda


      Lunch - 4 Lettuce wraps - chicken breast, tomatoes, cheese and mayo. One cup of green tea with splenda

      Snack: 5 radishes and 1 stalk of celery.

      Dinner - Two, 4" size of beef sausage, 1 cup of cabbage, 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, 1 tbs of horseradish mixed with 1 tbs of sour cream.

      Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.

        I hate to say this but here goes....

        Oh my goodness!! I did SOO bad on Saturday – but I got right back into it on Sunday – so I just had one crazy day!!!! There was really no reason why I did bad – I just wanted something to eat…. I could not stop thinking about food – it was strange… but I’m better now so I’m hoping that one day didn’t mess me up toooo much!!

          Exercise: 1 mile walk after dinner tonight with my daughter

          Water Intake - 100oz water

          What did I eat today?


          Breakfast - 1 medium cucumber, 5 radishes and 1 stalk of celery.


          Lunch - 2 cups of lettuce with 3 oz cut up steak and 5 hot pork rinds.

          Snack: A reeses peanut butter cup.

          Dinner - leftover beef sausage and cabbage

          Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.

              Drank at least 150 oz of water

                Exercise: Ran/walked 1.5 miles; 24 sit-ups and 8 pushups (need to work on those bad boys!)

                Water Intake - 100oz water and drinking some peppermint tea right now

                What did I eat today?


                Breakfast - 2 eggs over easy with 2 pieces of bacon

                Snack: 1 medium cucumber, 5 radishes 5 pieces of jicima and 1 stalk of celery with cream cheese.

                Lunch - Two Hamburger Patties with 2 mustard packs and 2 mayo packs

                Snack: 1 celery stalk, 1 medium cucumber, and 2oz of cheese

                Dinner - 3oz of chicken with some gravy

                Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.

                Comments: I kept busy today at work which was a good thing because when I'm bored I tend to eat stuff I shouldn't! Still, I ate two Hershey chocolate nuggets. It's like I'm falling off the wagon a little each day. I need something to get me refocused and not go off path. I worked too hard the past 30 days to get those 9 pounds off and don't need to blow it because

                  Dinner - Went out to On The BorderSteak Fajitas, with mushrooms, peppers, onions and cheese; a side salad (only ate the lettuce with no dressing) 2 chips and some salsa.

                  Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.

                    Breakfast - Green tea and 2 fried eggs

                    Snack: 1 medium cucumber and 2 stalks of celery

                    Lunch: 2 hamburger patties with mustard and mayo and 10 pork rinds

                    Snack: 5 pieces of brocolli and 5 pieces of cauliflower with ranch dressing

                    Dinner - 15 pieces of Salami with cream cheese.

                    Supplements: N/A.

                      What did I eat today?


                      Breakfast – Protein Bar and a Sugar Free Red Bull

                      Snack: none

                      Lunch – 2oz of cheddar cheese

                      Snack: none

                      Dinner - 6oz of chicken breast

                      Supplements: 2 chlorophyll and 1 Milk Thistle

                      Comments: This morning I did a practice PT Test and about a half hour before I ate an energy bar and a sugar free red bull hoping that it would improve my score. STUPID MOVE. I put A LOT of CARBS, 40 of them into my body. I did better on the test, but didn’t see dramatic results. Since were so many carbs in the protein bar I focused on eating only meat and some cheese the rest of the day. Note to self, don’t do that next Friday when I really have to take my official PT Test!

                        I'm sorry I have not posted in a few days! I have been not feeling well and I have been so busy - even at work...
                        so last week I hardly ate any thing because I felt so sick but today I have had so far

                          I am so sorry to say this but I have to say ‘good bye’ this Atkins diet is just not working for me I have tweaked and changed it up and nothing … I lost 12 pounds the first two weeks and since then I have lost 4 pounds and it has been 2 1\2 months – I need to see results!! So I am going to give weight watchers a try… I was soooo hoping to lose my weight on Atkins but I am against the clock and I don’t have time to not lose any weight for 2 1\2 months…..
                          I’m sorry and sad I have to leave!!

                              ok - I'm back... heehee I was off this diet for 4 days and I felt soooo sick and so sleepy all the time... crazy! I love the way I feel on Atkins!! Nov sounds good! too!
