    Morning all here and feeling very motivated. Had a pretty good day yesterday, stayed away from the treats, but ended up going to a bday celebration and had a couple of beers [I know, bad me] - but raring to go today - lots to do.

    Good morning! In 2 days, dh is down 10lbs and I'm still the same, but I'm feeling better. Was a little light-headed yesterday. Looking forward to my steak marinated in hot sauce and garlic! Yum! Gotta buy a grill sometime soon.

      Hey guys I'm here also. Doing well. I was starving yesterday when I went to the doctor and all I could think of was should I stop buy BK and get a "low carb" burger, or should I go to popeyes and order two pieces of chicken and take off the skin. Well I did neither. I got home, grabbed my stuffed mushrooms and took it to work. It was delicious, I shared the other one with my co-worker and she thought it was good too! So I stayed on plan! Looking forward to another on plan day! Now I just have to eat which has been harder for me!

        hi guys catching up lots housework made nice soup for lunch, playing in snow and on Wii with kids, new face pic took today also added older ones seeing a difference myself a little feeling good

          Weird day for me yesterday - i was hit by another car and totalled my car - for the first time I did not run for junk food at the hospital, not did i have a glass of wine at night! I am impressed with myself!

              Neihu! OMG! Hope you are okay!!

              I'm here and doing great on plan! Today is weigh-in day for me and I'm down another pound!! I haven't seen these numbers on the scale in YEARS!!!

              Feeling good and hoping this continues!! I'm really enjoying moving up the rungs. I think I stayed in the induction/lower rungs too long the last time and it got me too frustrated with this WOE. I hadn't really lost much while I was on Rung 1 but I wasn't gaining either so decided to go ahead and try the next rung. I'm glad I did because I'm getting to add more choices and not feel limited AND I'm losing again!! Maybe your body gets too used to things if you don't mix it up a little??

              Anyway...off to change my ticker!

                Sorry about the car Neihu, but glad you seem to be okay and were able to stick to plan despite a stressful day.

                Drink lots of water today Barrnone and the couple of beers should be gone shortly.

                I'm here and on plan. My scale died this morning, I'm hoping it just needs a new battery, but my Wii-fit shows me about holding steady with where I was yesterday. I don't like the Wii-fit scale as its made to look like the old dial scales, I like a precise digital number (with decimals) lol. Have a great day all!

                    Alright. One day down. A little rough yesterday afternoon, I guess from the lack of caffeine. Very tired/headache in the afternoon.

                      Good Morning All, and Welcome When I got to the board late last night I almost fell over when I saw 3 pages of check ins. So I thought I'd check in first thing this morning rather than wait til the end...

                      Neihu, good job not letting the stress get you. I'm sorry for your accident.

                      I'm on plan, and doing well. STILL having problems eating enough, I just always feel stuffed. Not an issue of hunger, I think I've figured my CCL out, so I get hungry now. But just plain stuffed! Who'd have thought

                        Gooooooooooooood afternoon everyone!!! Up a half pound from yesterday but that is because my daughter made supper (sautéed porc and broccoli) and I did not realize right away that there was cornstarch in the recipe ...Oh well...drank 10 glasses of water yesterday which is a record for me! Be good everyone!

                          Well folks, I'm back and bigger than ever. I think I figured out that I am addicted to losing weight. I enjoyed losing weight last year and stayed on plan for 5 months. I lost 47 pounds in those 5 months and felt awesome most of the time. I lost control at Easter and spiraled out of control reaching new heights in weight and new lows health. I am now 9 days in and just suffered through the worst induction flu I have ever had. I feel wonderful today, so I decided that I would stop lurking and post again. I am looking forward to supporting everyone in their quest for a healthier life.

                              Hiya,
                              Neihu, glad your ok.....roads are so slippery at the moment.
                              Day 6 of induction for me but, dont think Im gonna get much weight loss this week......have just hit that horrible, bloated time of the month.....thought Id timed it right so that didnt happen but, apparently not.
                              Im only weighing myself once a week & am not going to get dis heartened when my weight doesnt drop this week........I know the waistbands of my clothes are feeling a lot better since day 3 so, everything must be working OK......I hope!!
