        Re: Everybodies Waist Success?

Way back when I was a 14/16, and I don't know the exact measurement. lost 40 lbs and got to 10/12, got pregnant. Came back a 10/12 and now am a 4/6. I was a 31.5 waist on 3/11/06, today I'm about 27.
What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

I had about a 29" waist before (I think! Maybe it was 30"), and am now 23.5" to 24", depending on whether I watched my salt the day before!

                    Wow isn't it great!

I did my measuring today and about two months in I've lost 4 and a half off my waist! Amazing! I'm glad I measured because I actually gained weight.

When I started, my waist was 127cm. When I measured this week, it was 99 cm!!

That's an 11 inch loss in a little over two years.

                                Re: Everybodies Waist Success?

I never measured when I first started either...wish I had. However, I wore a tight woman's 18, and am now wearing an 8, which is too loose actually. It's taken 5.5 months.

Here's a strange fact for you. I used to wear an 8 when I was 140. I'm at about 153 or so right now. I think Atkins changes your body composition or something. I think I'll be in a 4 or a 6 when I hit goal.
