      Holy moly,
      Cleo you are awesome and such an inspiration. I have lost some weight on Atkins, but my willpower is waning and I have on a few occasions given in to my cravings. I am back on strict induction, and after seeing your most recent post, I am in awe. I wish my body would do things like that! Again, congrats!

          Thank you! It's slower going sometimes more than others, but I feel really fab, so the long-term of it is health and not quick weight loss. I'm only half way to goal, so some days it seems slower than others. *lol*

              :clapping Cleo, you truly are an inspiration to all of us. I just hope that I can keep the same determination that you have, sometimes it is frustrating, but then when I read about you, it re-motivates me even more. Thx for sharing with us!

                      Wow! I am gobsmacked. You are my total inspiration. I have been doing the induction for three weeks and stalled, but am reinspired by your loss. I hope I can do as well as you!

                        Thanks so much! I saw the title of this thread and was like, OMG! I lost that much in 8 months, too!

                        D'oh! Earth to cleo... you wrote the thread.

                        You've already lost a colossal amount in the first two weeks. You've actually hit better than average! Stalling in the third week is normal stuff and is cyclical. It's maddening but I know you'll be losing again soon enough. You can totally do this! Just hang in there.

                        Thanks for the positive vibes today. I really appreciate them! {{{Ms Blue}}}

                          Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

                          Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.
