Re: Feeling Yucky
You'll feel yucky for a few days, but that's your body de-toxing from carbs and you switching from burning carbs to burning fat for energy! Way to go! BTW, the worse you feel, the better! It means you're going to feel GREAT when you come out of it! Hang in there Nell and shamshap!

Re: Feeling Yucky
First of all: welcome aboard you two !!!
Yes, the A-flu; it'll pass and it is not something 'bad' so no need to get scared of it and give up !
And then when it passes, woooooohoooooooo you will LOVE how you feel then !!
The lenghtwise tickers, if you want one of those, just click on one of them and you will go to the place where you can get them.
If you want one like the squarish one down here, send me a pm with your stats (startweight, current weight, goalweight) how big you want the steps betweens weights and point me to a picture you like and I will make you one.41 year old female, lenght 5'5'' and a half

Re: Feeling Yucky
{{{xven}}} I'm sorry. I promise you'll feel better soon.
Back way back when, I used to get induction flu, but because I never knew what it was I always quit thinking this way of eating made me sick! I'm so thankful ADBB was here for me to help me understand what I was going through!
