I often see posts for whats for dinner. What are you planning to have for breakfast in the morning?

Once or twice a week I fry up a whackload of sausages and put them in the fridge. I got us this little microwave egg poacher that we LOVE LOVE LOVE, and in the morning I pop two eggs into it, break the yolks, nuke it for 86 seconds, take it out and let it sit while I nuke a couple of sausages for 40 seconds. Voila...breakfast!
Bf was never a breakfast eater and he will do up his own eggs and sausage and take it to eat at work before he starts.

I generally get "stuck" on foods for a certain meal. Right now I'm stuck on having a piece of baloney rolled up with two slices of American cheese and a little bit of ketchup. Not breakfasty, but delicious! Besides, I hatehatehatehatehate eggs so my traditional Atkins breakfast options are limited.

I'm having take-home left overs from the annual Christmas family reunion. A lot of my relatives didn't make it for the party this year so there were tons of leftover food to take home. Ought to last me until New Year's.

Bacon and eggs aren't the "traditional" Atkins breakfast. If you like eggs, eat eggs. If you don't, eat something you like (that's Atkins legal).

                  This morning:
2 slices turkey breast with swiss cheese melted on top.

For the 14 Day Inductioneers out there, we'd rather see you focussing on eating fresh natural foods at this time rather than use a shake or a bar.
Induction is a time to pretty much re-learn how to eat and learn how your body reacts to things. It's a time to KISS! (Keep it simple, sweetie!)

(Betty is in Maintenance and she's a pro at all of this by now, so she knows how to fit something like a shake into her daily intake!)

This morning I had a great stirfry. I sliced an Italian Sausage and cooked it and then added a 1/4 green pepper, a slice of onion, two muchrooms and a half zucchini and it was really good.

Half a cup of oats (am in maintenance) nicely salted with a little extra virgin oil. I know it sounds disgusting, but I love it! Quarter avocado.

Mmmmmm I just love Atkins breakfasts! (well actually, I love Atkins lunches and dinners too!)
