    End of Re-Induction weight loss & measurements

    I wanted to share with everyone my weight loss of 10.5 lbs and 11.26 inches. My measurements before and after, NECK 15.5/15.25, CHEST 45/44, WAISTE 46/42.5, HIPS 48/44, L.THIGH 26/24.5, R.THIGH 25/24. This is a good example of where my tape measure is my best friend. I'm going to weigh once a week. My hubby already hid my scale. Now I'm asking about owl and rung 1. What should I add and how much? Thank all of you who have supported me on getting back on course, couldn't have done it without you!

    O.K., I just got my book out and read about rung 1. Upping my vegies 5 grams on allowed vegies that I havn't tried and stick with it for at least a week or more. Any suggestions you would like to add are welcome, me.
