    Beef stroganoff and zucchini "noodles"
--Thinly slice beef. Set aside. Saute thinly sliced onion in a skillet, until the onion is soft and slightly golden in color. Set aside. In the same skillet saute sliced mushrooms until cooked through. REmove from the skillet and set aside. Then saute the beef until it is cooked to your liking. Then return the mushrooms and onions to the skillet, heat through with the beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Add enough sour cream to lightly coat the meat and vegetables. Serve.

i bought one of those pre-made chickens at the supermarket, I was very lazy, It did not taste sweet, so I ***-ume that it did not have many carbs.
I also bought a bag of cut cabbage, with mayo, and blue cheese dressing, and splendia.

I have eaten a bag of cabbage a day since I found out you can induction coleslaw. cabbage, mayo, apple cider vinegar, and a splendia.
Never has veggies tasted so good.

BE sure that you are staying within the vegetable limits during your Induction. Cabbage falls under the "other vegetable" list.

cream coleslaw: bag of shredded cabbage, scoop of mayo , splash of apple cider vinegar , one splenda.
3 eggs and hot sausage. (they got 0 carb breakfast sausage rolls. like you sqeeze out some sausage and cook it, or cut it into patties. splash of tobasco sauce

I still cannot believe sometimes I am dieting when I look down at eggs and sausage for dinner.
