          I lost 8lbs. total and have decided that I'm going to move onto OWL, RUNG 1 VEGGIES. The scale moved for me during the veggie challenge and so I think I need those extra 5 carbs of veggies to keep the downward trend. I'm also getting on my treadmill. I was SUPPOSED to work out on it during induction but ykw? I DIDN'T DO A DAMN MINUTE ON IT! That's terrible! So I'm going to work out on the treadmill everyday for a MINIMUM of 20 mins. that way if I say "I'm too busy, I know I can squeeze in AT LEAST 20 mins. I was supposed to do that when I started induction but I was lazy. I know working on the treadmill is really gonna help me drop the weight faster than just this WOE alone.

          I'm moving on to OWL, and will check in with those of you who are moving on to extended induction. The main thing we have to remember is not to give up, this is a way of life, not a diet or as Dr. A says, it's not like a bus where you get off and on. Stick with it and you will succeed. It may take longer than you thought but don't give up! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

            Veggie challenge? So, you are going to add another cup of veggies for a week, then up it about 5 more carbs the next? Guess Im not real clear on the next rung....

              Hey you guysss, GREAT JOB...... we all lost something... wat to gooo n keep it uppp.... I seem to be in stall for 2 weeks now.. i lost 5lb on induction the first week and now is my 3rd week and i havent lost nething. infact even the 5 lb is not stable. sometimes it says 140 n other times 142. my goal is to be 120. Can someone s uggest something??? Here is my menuuu.... pls help...

              2 scramble eggs with bell peper
              lipton tea 1 cup

              grilled chicken salad w/mayo and cesar dressing

              2 chicken legs roasted w/mayo
              lettuce with ceasar dressin on the side
              lipton tea 1 cup

              I have been doin this for two weeks now. I change my ceasar dreesin to blue cheese sometimes and i have egg and chesse for beak sometimes. but mostly its this.. wat am i doin wrong?? n the ketostix turns pink. which mean i am on ketosis..
