I made a soup with ground beef, radishes and spinach in beef broth. Got to use my new immersion blender for the first time to thicken the soup

I just made such a mouth-watering, taste explosion of a dish thats just soooooooooooooooooooooo easy to make.

                Turkey breasts
Stir fry vegetables - broccoli, cabbage, peppers, pak choi
                Garlic, chilli....lots of both.

Stir it up it in the wok and voila!

Sooooooooooooooooo deliciuis, I'm popping through to get some more!

                  Re: What's for Dinner Tonight??????

I am making homemade chili tonight. I have found too that I have to make a LOT less than I normally would or anything such as soup type dishes or more than half will go to waste. I have a dorm sized fridge so not much room.

Crud!! I've put in feta cheese on my salad the last two nights.

Tuna salad sandwich without the bread.

Tomatoe, provolone, lettuce and the tuna

tuna salad - capers, celery, onions, dill, mayo, tuna. AWESOME recipe. Got it from a catering company

dill makes it so much better and no pickle flavor. rocks

I THINK we are having pork loin basted in garlic and cracked pepper served with either brussel sprouts, brocolli or cabbage... Not sure yet - but I am leaning to the brussel sprouts as I haven't had them in a LOOOONG time
