    Left over fried chicken from last night chopped up and mixed up with almonds (I'm on the right rung!), green onion, pepper, radish and mayo to which a little curry was added, served with a green salad.

      Ahh the weekend ya gotta love em lol I had my pizza mixture for lunch today. I need to do some cooking tomorrow.

        Just had 2 long celery sticks with mozerella sticks stuffed in them, wrapped by pepperoni slices. The moz and pepp. tasted like a pizza to me. Yummy!!

          I had 2 turkey brgers with lemonpepper and dill mixed into the meatbeore cooking. FANTASTIC... with 1 cup of salad and 2 tbls of blue cheese dressing.

          Snack was pepperoni's with cream chees

              Hi all,

              I had leftover parmencrusted chicken with the 1.5 cups of salad with 3 strips of bacon and 3 hard boiled eggs. It was delicious and very satisfying.

              BUT i really need to get moving on my water TODAY!!! I have only drank 16 oz out of the 132 oz i have gotten used to drinking. UGH!! I have 2.5 more of the 33 oz bottles to drink before 5 today so i only will have 1 left when i get home.

                  I had a salad with 1 cup of lettuce, 1/3 a tomato, diced ham, a tiny bit of shredded cabbage, 3 banna peppers, sliced black olives. Topped with 1/2oz shredded cheddar cheese. No dressing. For some reaosn I am finding I like my salads more now without.

                    I had my same left over parm chicken salad with 3 hard boiled eggs and 3 slices of bacon added, i also am gonna munch on my snack celery with ranch dressing.

                      Hi all, new here. This is my first day on Induction. I had a hamburger with a slice of Tillamook cheddar and mayonaise for dipping. I also added a salad with a cup and half of lettuce and some egg chopped in. I used ranch dressing but it says it only has two carbs per serving so I think I'm safe. It was really tasty but the lack of a hamburger bun was soooo strange.

                        Today I had turkey roll-ups (a slice of turkey with a bit of mayo and cheese warmed up) with a slice of bacon, 1/2 a cup of green bell pepper and 1/2 a cup of red bell pepper . It's kinda like having a grown-up, healthy version of a grade school bag lunch, heh.

                          I'm on to rung 1, but I had an induction friendly lunch that was very tasty!
                          A big taco salad! I used the taco seasoning (from here or Linda's) on hamburger meat, over a pile of fresh lettuce and tomato, topped with cheese and garnished with low carb picante and shredded cheddar. Was so pretty I almost took a picture.

                                I had a low carb pita with seasoned chicken, cheese, lettuce and mayo.

                                All nice and toasted.
                                Mmm, super yummy!

                                I just had my afternoon snack which was thai lettuce wraps.
                                It's my new favorite.
