I'm having a hard time finding meats I find appetizing.
The sliced bbq pork that they have at the Chinese restaurants, that sounds good, but it's sort of sweet. Of course it must be marinated in something sugary, right? What do you think? Anybody know?
I'm really hungry this week, and that's not good for me at all if I'm going to stay on this. I just can't figure out what to eat. Nothing sounds good. I had to start BCP's for a month due to a medical condition, and I'm sort of nauseous. I think that has something to do with it.
Nothing fatty sounds good. No hamburger, no sausage, bacon- maybe. I still haven't had any! I'm tired of chicken, not too fond of tuna.
I went to the store yesterday and bought an oven roast, and some fresh shrimp. Tonight I'll have a shrimp with garlic butter dinner. I am trying so hard not to go off induction, but it's so hard.

Of course, it has 3 tablespoons of flax meal in it. I think we're only allowed one a day, but I felt it was worth it for the extra fiber to get things moving ... you know. Also, there is a little cornstarch in the baking soda, which is a carb, so someone used cream of tartar and baking soda mixture instead. (The recipe is in the snacks section, I think... ) Anyway, it was great. I ate one for breakfast, sliced into 5 slices with butter. i would totally recommend it.
