Hiya eveyone,
This morning I weighed myself and I've lost 12.5 pounds.....that's awesome! I feel so great! I didn't think that I could do it, but I did with the motivation of my family and friends. I wonder if I should be nervous about the massive amount that I have lost??????? I eat what is required and I exercise at least 3 days of the week. I still have a great ways to go, but I'm looking forward to the end results!
