Today is the day.... My officially day to get my body back!!!!!

Offically Weigh in today 194.6
My plan is to follow the Atkins diet and Use Walk Away the Pounds DVD.. its awesome I've been doing it for about a month. I plan to continue that as my exercise program for now. I'm able to do the 1 mile work out pretty good but haven't added the weighted balls yet but hoping by end of May I'll be able to add the weights.
Mini Exercise Goal is June 1 to be up to the 2 mile work out
Mini Weight Goal 184.6 by June 1st (not sure that's realistic but I can hope)
Everyone lets get started!!!! YEAH

Now I wish I had... No cheating yesterday but by afternoon I was craving sweets... so I exercised, had a cup of hot Green Tea and drank some more water... still had the craving but just didn't give in.
so I had to modify... I had another hamburger patty with the usual, asparagus as planned and some cherry tomatoes...not enough but I got full and busy so I guess that's the idea.
