i think what everyone is trying to say is that during "induction" you should follow the exact woe in order to get your body into ketosis! all the natural foods listed in the induction list will allow you to successfully achieve this goal! the cream cheese, heavy cream should not be eaten everyday as they can cause stalls
not for all, but most people. i personally have done atkins over a million times and have only noticed when i followed induction EXACTLY as dr. a describes in 2002 dandr (this forum basically follows it so read stickys) i lost the most weight
i know it's hard in the beginning but trust me, you will be shocked and happy with the results!!!!!!!
i know you can do this.... finish up those shakes and start a clean induction and watch the magic begin ... this board has also gotten me through the tough times, everyone here is SO amazing and SO helpful!!!
