    I am on day 6 of induction and so far so good! I would love some extra support seeing as how I plan to be on induction for an extended period of time. I make a point of looking at before and after pics everyday for extra motivation!!

      Hey, I would enjoy having a induction buddy I am starting over today I only made it to 4 days and messed up. I would love to have a support buddy.

        In fact, I'll be anyone's support buddy. If you ever need to talk to me, I'm always online. I've clinged to the diet boards like crazy and as a result I spend at least an hour surfing this boards to help keep myself motivated. As a result, I've also spent more time on my messengers.

            I just started induction this morning and it's the second time I've been on the Adkins diet. The first time in 2005 I lost 75 pounds and keep most of it off until Nov 2008. I had an accident not so long ago and I had to stay in bed alot of the time and now I'm 35 pound more then I should be. Induction is the hardest but one bit of advise remember to drink the water. I drank on the average of 4 25oz bottles of spring water a day and once I stopped is when the weight started to return.
