Re: Too MANY calories??
Spinach and lettuce are two of the vegetables lowest in carbohydrates. Since over half of your net carbs should come from vegetables, at this point you are undereating your veggie net carbs.
There are more nutritious vegetables on the Acceptable Foods List, like pumpkin, green beens, peppers, jicama...
Considering that 1 tbs of heavy cream has 0.42 net carbs and you're consuming 4.2 net carbs of it, it means you are drinking (?) 5 oz of cream. That's way too much! Check the limits for cream on the Acceptable Foods List:
How much salad dressing are you using?
It's best to use the entry for "egg, whole, raw". FitDay assumes you are adding things like milk to the eggs, which makes the carbs higher than they actually are.
Your fat intake is too high. Fat should account for 60-70% of your total calories, while protein should be around 30%.
