BTW - it is possible to post a link to your fitday account to avoid that complicated listing that appears when you copy/paste the fitday info and save you time when asking for advice/hints.
Just go to the 'Profile' tab and croll down to the 'Make my journal public' button and click it. You will be given a link ending 'owner=yourname' that you can paste into your posts so others can access the food log and see if there are any errors in entering foods etc.
