I didn't do the broc and cheese yet, maybe for dinner. I'm cooking the ribs, but I'm very not happy with Kroger. Thankfully I looked at the nutrional facts, these ribs have 4 carbs per serving (1 rib is about 2 servings) thanks to them adding their stupid "solution" or water, salt, and sodium phosphates (which must be where the carbs are). Now I have to decide if I'm even going to eat 1.

Oh I hear you on the kroger pork I do not buy their pork anything. I got excited when they put in the "butcher section next to the seafood case but the guy told me it is just thicker cuts of the same moist and tender pork in the regular case.

I very slowly sauted a bit of bacon until it rendered some fat, then put in some green beans from my daily allotment and then slowly sauted the whole thing until it was al dente to my taste, which was a bit crisp. It was simply wonderful.

I'm going to have to "learn to love" broccoli and cauliflower, or as I call them, shrubs and cardboard.
