
So I started today, Induction Day and it went great and finished it great. However, I really needed to go shopping today to maintain this WOE.
So I went shopping and bought a lot of the recommended and acceptable items. For some reason though I picked up some sliced deli ham and some sliced turkey pastrami. I thought these were decent choices. Then when I got home I was looking over my purchases and then I noticed it... sugar in the deli meats.
Learned that lesson.Should I not eat any of it? I can go different directions as I did buy other stuff but would a slice or two a day really muck it up?
