    Re: Failure to Ketosis

Why would you wait a week to find out how to do something properly?

Oh, so you're just "dieting" then, eh? You're not really interested in why Atkins works, how to make it a lifestyle change.

for now yes, if it doesn't work and I have to buy the book, then I might become ready to do such. Other than some extra baggage i'm already not that unhealthy. best decision i ever made was citting HFCS 2 years ago. it's been a uphil climb, but I'm enjoying it and trying new things as far as dieting just to remove the excess, after its gone i'm not very worried about gaining it back, i havent' gained in a long time, its all symothy weight from babies. sorry for being so thick headed. I'm sure its annoying.

            Not annoying.

I think you're just working against yourself.

Try to eat something for breakfast! I think that no matter what type of "diet" you are on, breakfast sets you up for the rest of the day and is very important!

              ...just my opinion!

Nice to meet you! I am new here too!

Most public library systems have copies of the book. Perhaps your library does too? That way, you don't have to spend money in order to read the book.
