    6/2 Update: Up to 329 now hmm.. i measured myself yesterday and it was 53". Which may seem huge lol but im kind of happy because when i was 12 in 2000 for my aunts wedding, i mesured 50" waist and that was 5 years ago so 53" shows now that im back to where i was then slighly because i was only in the mid/high 200's then. WOO! lets see if theres less right now!

      Your weight will flucuate, so don't worry. As long as you are doing a clean Induction, exercising, drinking all your water, your weight will continue to go down.

      So don't worry about a few pounds. Just stay focused on doing your new way of eating correctly and you will make progress.

      Yesterday my weight was up 3 pounds and then this morning those 3 pounds were gone. It was water retention.

      Keep up the great effort and all will work out.

        6/3 Update: Down one to 328. Usually the weekend is when i lose the most, i find from friday to sat i lose 2 lbs usually.. we'll see. Off to school!

            Why the scale can lie

            Be sure and read this. It explains why your weight goes down then back up.

            Keep up the great effort. Keep your goals in mind. You are going to look wonderful at your prom next year!

              thank you becky sue! After reading that post, i see now that water can be VERY VERY important and recently i havent been too focused on water and i used to make it a main priority.. now i am going to make sure i drink what i need.. today so far i drank 68oz. I need to drink 168 total by the end of the night. Looking foward to a loss tomorrow! It's amazing that im so motivated for prom and this years "SING" which takes place in Nov. I would love to be down to 250 by Nov. And i know its possible (Cleochatra) lost 100 lbs in less than 7 months

                6/4 Update: 328 (No Loss) lol im pissed off now.. this sucksss... i know the scale lies and all and i need to adjust to the weight but it sucks when the scale DOES NOT move and you do everything right.. even the excess amount of water. I used to lose so much more.. now im not losing at all.. how did everyone do it (the ones who lost 100 lbs in several months)? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh

                  6/5 Update: WOO! I lost 5lbs in one day, its amazing... ive been doing super strict with water and i even exercised for about 1/2 hour yesterday and laid out in the sun for 2 hours and sweat so much hahah i swear i melted away and i went from 328 to 323. PARTYY time lol no im not getting excited so easy anymore.. but it is nice to see a bump on the scale!! =)

                      thanks lol.. ive established that i would love to keep this thread going for one year or even more because i can look back as i get closer to goal and along to way to see my ups and downs! like a journal with everyone in it.

                          Ok, you have to stop weighing yourself every day. I have recently given it up and I feel much better. I'm going to weigh myself once a week only. If you are following the induction plan there's nothing to worry about so give up the weighing. Deal?

                            Yeah I agree! Stop weighing everyday!!

                            If your doing the program right then you will notice by how your clothes fit and I would suggest every two weeks at most!

                              Lol Its amazing that you let the same thing control two different emotions. Water is water, whether it weighs you up or down....You will soon figure out to stop weighing everyday.

                                lol but i like weighing everyday.. it shows me where i am and what foods work better with me. its a habit.. i do it before i shower in the AM
