    6/7 Update: Up one lb to 324

    6/8 Update: Down 3lbs to 321 (possibly because of the horseraddish) WOO close to 60lbs down!!

      6/11 Update: back up to 325 lbs but down 2 inches to 49 inches.. WOO! a 40 by sept. would be dandy!

            6/14 Update: Finally back down to 321 lbs. 48 1/2 inches. yesterday all i ate was 3 slices of cheese and chicken with caesar dressing.. i was not hungry all day and it showed on the scale! WOO!

                :no Not eating is not the way to do Atkins, and you know that. Think of how more efficient your fatburning would be if you gave your body the correct fuel to burn?

                Why would you deprive yourself when there are tons of yummy things you could have eaten?


                Eat a little something every few hours or so, and never go longer than six hours without eating.

                You know all this...why would you not do it?

                  im sure i will eat more today.. i want to keep loosing!!! GRRRRR lol I find when i eat more, i dont lose lol. I have cold cuts, ham and balogna and american cheese but im scared the balogna has extra stuff but on the boars head site, it doesnt say it does it just has 1 carb. i want to make an omlette but i dont wanna gain lol

                          Cold cuts, ham, bologna, etc. are all processed foods and contain SODIUM. Sodium can cause water retention problems for some people. If you find you're "gaining" weight after eating these products, it's most likely water weight and you might want to cut back on them.

                                Please don't let this discourage you! This is NORMAL. Doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong hun! Weight loss is not always linear, you really cannot expect to lose every day or even every week. A "stall" is when you don't lose for 4 weeks in a row, and I don't think you have "stalled" so just keep at it! And keep up with the exercise and water and you'll be fine! We're all rootin for ya! And you NEED to eat! Your food is your body's fuel, without the right nutrients your body will not burn fat very fast...food HELPS you burn fat, remember that!
