6/8 Update: Down 3lbs to 321 (possibly because of the horseraddish) WOO close to 60lbs down!!

We're all rootin for ya! And you NEED to eat! Your food is your body's fuel, without the right nutrients your body will not burn fat very fast...food HELPS you burn fat, remember that!
