I had about 1/4 of the recipe too. I didn't put onions in the 2nd time either. I also doubled the horseradish and it was still really good. I am down 3 pounds today from last Monday and it's TOM time.. Whooshie pie??? dunno
I do know that I could eat this every night though

      Re: Whooshie Pie?

It does seem to work, whether it works for everyone..who knows? I don't follow the original recipe to the letter, I add real onions, or dehydrated ones if I'm pressed for time, either or...its good. I add a tsp of minced garlic too (from the jar). I have never tasted the horseradish in it, and I even add 3 tsp rather than 2. What can I say? I like to live on the edge! haha. Glad you got a whooshie from it.

Well got up this morning, weighed myself and nothing................still 210lbs.So much for the whooshie pie theory for me.I'm not sure how long I should hang in there, cos if you can see I havent lost in over 3 weeks, and frankly its getting tiresom, as I wanted this weight off for the summer, and its not working out.

              Re: Whooshie Pie?

I made the whooshie pie last night. O.o Quite honestly there wasn't enough horse radish in it for me XD I mate Return of the Wooshie btw :P

And I have to say... it was very delicous when I put some ketchup on it :P I forgot to salt and peper it >< BUt it was very good O.o

I haven't weighed myself yet, but like everyone else has said :P It's a win/win situation. Even if you dont' lose the weight it's a good dinner that will last me several nights

Diva :P Stick in there! To me it seems Atkins works this way ---> You lose the weight, then you lose the inches, you lose the weight, then the inches. Even when I'm on a flat line plateau I still feel my clothes continously getting looser on me Don't be discouraged!
I will lose weight, I will lose weight, I WILL LOSE WEIGHT!
