I know its a bit of a cliche now, but that saying

"nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" has so much truth in it.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I agree with Richt! The best present you can give yourself on your birthday is health!! I don't need a yucky, sugar filled cake to celebrate! You could make an Atkins Cheesecake, or some other 'legal treat'. Its important for me to think of food as fuel, not a treat or a celebration. Great advice, Rich!!
What would we do without it?

          Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

Frankenfoods- Low Carb Shakes, Bars, Candies.
Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!!
          These are BAD for us!!!!
