Hello Everyone!
I started Atkins in March of 2003. I lost 40 lbs and have kept most of it off but here in the last 6 months I have gained 13 lbs (due to cheating) so I went back on induction. Tomorrow will be day 14 of induction and I have not cheated at all!! In fact I did it better this time than I did the first time, the only problem is that I have only lost 1 pound!!!
Could it be that I had no water weight to lose because all I ever drink is water? Do I need to stay on induction longer? Has my body built up a resistance to weight loss since I have been on a low carb diet for so long?
Please help!! I am on the verge of tossing in the towel!
