you are on your current eating if you are using the 1000 cal 90% fast fat fast rapidly depeleting your protein stores andthe first thing your body will do when you stop is replenish them with fluids too hence you didn't get the fat body weight loss you wanted. if you are using the modified fat fast in chapter 20 of your DANDR you are still depleting your protein stores and on a lower cal plan.
So your 3 days are up and you have lost pounds and lean body mass not what you wanted to do.
If you were doing your Atkins induction correctly and looking at your menu it appears you wre over eating your protein and foods in general and undereating your fats you would be adding lean body mass and burning off your body storage mass as your body morphed while you didn't get a scale weight change. This morphing would make you smaller in the right places as muscle is denser then fat so it takes up less room. Musckle is also 75% water so it has more weight inch for inche then fat and it alsoburns more cals just being on you about 25 per day per pound of muscle so you could maintain your new higfher metabolism better to keep that goal size longer.
You need to get back to your induction veggies and move to OWL as you should already be in Premaintenance since you have less then 10 pounds to go!
