Well that is a bit of a bummer I agree. Little bit unusual.
Give us the recent menu with portion sizes again. We'll start with there and then see what else we can trouble shoot.

How about measurements? Any clothes getting looser?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: No results for 3 weeks in Induction

Are you working on measurements - those can change quite a bit.

Is that a typical menu? You've gone from one extreme to the other. I think you have to find the medium here between eating too much and too little. It is there somewhere.
You could eat some more veggies and up your carbs a bit

Are you drinking only water? Clean with no additives?
              How about exercise?

Great that you're still hanging in there. It will happen.

                  Heya,
hehehe liv ,yes that menu seems extreme i just picked it from my fitday, this is todays food

                  2 boiled eggs
                  1.5 cups lettuce
                  0.5 cups cucumber
                  0.5 cups onions
                  0.5 cups peppers
                  3 tbsp sunflower oil
                  2 tbsp red wine vinegar
                  262 grams Pork chops
                  178 grams beef.

condiments 1 tsp mustard, 0.5 tsp tobasco sauce

current fitday shows 65% fat 33 % prot 2 % carbs so i know i can add veggies with higher carb count, but this is what i like to eat celery, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and onions i like broccoli and cauliflower but 1/2 CUP OF these is so little id rather have my onions and tomatoes i love onions lol.

I have been drinking my water with no additives though cant lie i so want some crystal light, i finally got a water tank into my new apartment so ill be chugging away even more.

So i think at this point i should eat more veggies, im really trying to figure out how to increase my carbs with the veggies given and still include my onions, i cook all my food with onions lol, and keep the 2 1 ratio

I dont measure inches my clothes dont feel much looser to last week im still size 14 us and 16 UK

No ive not tested for candida, ill read up on it, i have PCOS so thats one of the driving forces to lose weight

Ok so im off to do my exercise ill take out my frustrations on the punching bag.

Why not move to rung one of OWL instead of staying on induction?

Then you can add 5 net carbs of broccolli and/or cauliflower to your 1/2 cup tomatoes + 1/2 cup onions + 2 cups of celery/lettuce/cucumber.

Looking at fitdday's numbers you could add 1 + 1/2 cups of broccolli (3 net carbs) plus 1 cup of cauli (2 net carbs)!!
