Chicken Nuggets?

Popeye's has those new Naked Chicken Strips, 1 carb per strip, has anyone tried them?

Yea Ive had those a few times, they are pretty good......but kinda expensive.

Just buy some fresh chicken breasts.
Let it in milk for a couple of hours. Remove and cut it like nuggets and then bread them in beaten egg + parmesan cheese.

What's the point of soaking them in milk??? :confused

I make nuggets all the time, and I've never used this process.
