    I make Revolution Rolls instead, which have less cream cheese. The recipe is here:



    I prefer them with cottage cheese instead of cream cheese, which is how the original recipe was in Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution (1972). Cottage cheese is an OWL Rung 2 food, though.

    2. I had a burger with two today (top/bottom). It held up pretty well, but was awfully 'crumbly'. Which of the ingredients gives the roll more durability?

      Thanks for posting the link to Megs' recipe, Georgiana! Since discovering her method this is the way I always cook mine.
