    Adding nuts and blackberries is not a great idea. If anyone wants out of induction it is better to follow the rules of induction. First add more veggies, then dairy, then nuts, then berries. May take several weeks maybe months before you get to berries. Slow is the key to success for many of us

      I believe that keeping up with the fats and the carbs, with an assortment of veggies is really important, much more important than the calories you might be consuming. You might not be getting enough calories, even. The less calories you consume, the more your body will adjust to it, it's the way human beings have survived starvations eons ago. The body would simply readjust itself to maintain on less calories.

      Try letting how much you are eating just let it go - count only your carbs and never go even one above that, but eat more meat and fat and you might find yourself very surprised that it kick starts you into weight loss.

      What are MIMs? I've seen them referred to a couple of times and am lost about what they could be.
