    bree--girl that is exactly what this thread is all about! We have been in here bi#$hin for a while, about what really pisses us off. Either we all have-or will go through days like your before it's all said and done. The best thing I can do to keep from slapping a dumb *** is to educate a dumb ***, and if that don't work--ahhh sh@t now, it's on!

      Yes, it is so true. You can say you are on a hard-boiled egg only diet, a banana diet or anything else and it is fine with everyone. But, the mention of ATKINS brings out their defense mechanisims and they can't say enough about how unhealthy it is for you.

      Once again, I went out with my writing group to a board meeting last night. We ate at Red Robin. I had cobb salad and water. It was delicious and very filling. They each had very large burgers, unlimited fries, ice-cream for desert and sodas. Yet, I'm the one they frown and shake their heads at when I order.

      The only way they are going to learn is to read the book...

        My brother pisses me off...UGH! He is overweight he weighs about 240 -250 anyways...he tells me how much longer are you gonna stay on Atkins? Cant you do it on your own? ok....am I not doing this on my own???

        Him & his roomate live 2 blocks away from me well i walk/run past his house everyday when I excerise. Well I started holding weights while i run/walk...they start yelling at me from his garage (him & his friends) that I need to move my arms a certain way....UGH! All of them are big fat boys that need to be out there with me!

        I feel better now.

              Ok I have a few things to vent about......

              # 1 - I am STILL stuck at 200 damn pounds.
              # 2- The wooshie fairy is not my friend right now.
              # 3- Its Monday, Im moody and I hate work
              # 4- Im pissed off at my builder because they are lolly gagging about building my dream home.
              # 5- Im pissed off at my fat sister, yes I said fat, because anyone who dresses with their thong panties hanging out of a pair of pants that is 5 times too small for her, telling me that losing the amount of weight that I lost in three weeks isnt healthy. I need to do it the right way by exercising, as all this being said to me I am only seeing her lips move, sounds like one of those wahh wannh wah wanh, as I cant stop starring at her belly role hanging OVER her pants with her thong sticking in between the roll on the side... :vomit

              Ok. On the positive side, my 6'5" 185 pound husband, Hes sucha bean pole, but hes hot.. Yummy .... Woops got off track there, looked at me yesterday and wow babe I can tell your losing weight... and has been nothing but motivating since the PB & J incident in the bed! :icondance

                Okay!

                Okay my turn! I've been pissed all weekend! Thanks to TOM lasting through half of last week, I've lost nothing since last Wednesday. I know my body is probably catching up with the 11lb weight loss I had the week before TOM, but you all know how not seeing the scale move can drive you up the f#$%ing wall :raving. I am hoping to see some # progress this week.

                Aside from all that drama, I lost yet another inch off my waist last week. I better had lost something--I did tae-bo every damn day for w week solid. I really want to get down to a size 14 by my birthday. I four more sizes to go and I will be there. The # amount will be the least of my worries, if these inches keep packing up and moving out, the way I want them to.

                    Thanks Shash! I know how my body is, and I know that it stops losing lbs for a while and starts to lose inches--but this is driving me insane :yikes :yikes :yikes. I have a goal to meet by June 1st and I honestly don't think I'm gonna make it. 14lbs is all that stands between me and that goal : :sadblinky

                        • Yesterday

                          Yesterday I walked 4 miles in less than 1 hr! Felt good to do some walking outside. We have a damn here, that is marked for those of us who like to jog, run, walk, or ride bikes. The total distance, if you walk the whole thing, is 6 miles. I walked 2 miles one way and 2 miles back. My exercise plan for this week-walk at least 3 miles a day for 5 days straight. :yikes

                            My husband finally last night acknowledged the difference from where i started and now. I had to show him the dang pic! I guess it's not enough that my old clothes are hanging OFF of me!

                            Last night when i went to work out...these 2 young girls where staring me down. Of course they were in there little spandex running get up and I've never seen them out ever since i've been doing this since February. What's up with that? Don't be staring at me like that! I have some of that spandex stuff too...but i dont think it's necessary to be shaking my bootie all over my neighborhood! That's the reason i stopped going to the track to work out....there were girls there running in a thong leotard...GROSS! Ok...i feel better now.

Where the **** are the fashion police when you need them???????? iwillbethin- I know what you mean--my fiance' didn't notice me losing weight until I had lost about 55lbs. I think the only reason he noticed it then is because those 55lbs put me within 5 lbs of his weight! What kind of S#$t is that! Anyway now he tries to get his weight loss and workout on, eventhough he's a half stepper.

                              • Iyshi - I way less than my husband now....He could care less though. He makes me sick. He drinks his budlight every night and eats whatever the **** he wants. He stays 190 - 195 UGH! He does have a bit of a belly but he doesnt care. That's alright i'll be hot and he will be a buddah LOL!
