Jen, I did 35 minutes of 1 minute sprints and 2 minute walk/jog combos for HIIT tonight. I thought I was going to Puke a couple times....it was GREAT!! I feel really good. LOL

Obviously, we used to hire people to look after that number and it was always a huge problem finding people.
