One way of getting extra veggies in is to chop and saute in butter or oil then make it into a puree, add cream to taste and use as a tasty sauce to pour over meat or veggies.

I'd suggest spending some serious amounts of time looking over recipes - especially in the veggie sections - for ideas that you can start to incorporate and make a conscious effort to change those nasty habits! You really will find, as 2big said, that your tastes change and the way a lot of food tastes to you if you cut all the junk out. Seriously. You'll be amazed!
