        If you're using Libby's then its 0.625 cups of pumpkin (which is the same as 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons.) Or at least that's what I calculated.

            The OWL phase is divided into nine rungs. You "climb" the "Carbohydrate Ladder" as you progress through these rungs and add back foods like fresh cheeses, yogurt, nuts, berries, legumes, fruits (other than berries), starchy vegetables and grains.
