I'm a little confused. I'm still waiting on my book but..what is a rung??
The OWL phase is divided into nine rungs. You "climb" the "Carbohydrate Ladder" as you progress through these rungs and add back foods like fresh cheeses, yogurt, nuts, berries, legumes, fruits (other than berries), starchy vegetables and grains.
