So I started the week off with rung 1 - veggies. I am not eating anything different than I did on induction veggie wise, just 5g more of them. My problem?? I'M STARVING!!!! I was full & satisfied all of the time while on induction... what gives??

I wasn't craving anything and not wanting to eat everything in sight. I am wondering if it's the cheese... during induction I wold have 1oz mabe but looking at my fitday I have been snacking on upwards of 4oz/day now... could be the culprit, I didn't have much yesterday.
