    congrats on moving the scales and getting into the 130s. You might want to go back and reread some of your earlier posts if you ever question becoming a healthier smaller you working your atkins.

      Ok, next new goal is to weigh and be at 138. I am taking it 1lb at a time.

        Restarted Dr Atkins Diet January 2 2010.
        Next mini goal is to get under 300 lbs. Done! 3/8/10
        Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!
        Next mini weight goal is 289. Done! 4/4/10
        Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
        Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

          Polarbear....no *hit I am trying. That scale needs a big kick in the lake across the street but I can't think about permanently parting with the enemy, yet ;-)

          I think it's going to take me another two weeks to lose a pound.

          I lose, I stay...I gain. I lose, I stay, I gain, gain, gain...lose.

          Damn scale, why can't you weigh the way I feel??? But losing inches which is great.

            deep breath remember each pound is 10% of your needed to shed weight right now. that was over 14 pounds for me when I started. As we gwt smaller it takes more time and effort to make a 10% change.

            make your plans for the wedding so you have a food plan and a drink plan so you stay on plan and aren't here posting on Sunday abiout how you blew it.
