I started OWL just a couple of days ago. I had been losing in the first two weeks and feeling amazing. Now just 3 days after starting OWL I feel as though something is wrong...Im bloated, and gaining! Maybe I am not doing this right??? I'm eating pretty well the same, only adding more stuff like spinach.
Today is my menu:
breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled
3 asparagus stalks
lunch:
Pizza toppings with a caesar salade
Dinner:
4oz cod baked in butter with garlic
broccoli and grn beans steamed
This is a typical menu (give or take chicken or beef for supper)
Normally I dont have pizza toppings, this was leftover from a pizza caserol I made last night (recipe from this website)
Im frustrated and wondering whats up!
