Just wanted an opinion on my progress. I initially had 20 pounds to lose. In the first 2 weeks I lost 9 pounds, then the third week I lost one pound. I was down to 125. This last week I went up 1.5 pounds, and then back down another pound. I am currently at 126.
I lost 1.5 inches off my waist and today I checked and I have lost another couple of millimeters...almost half an inch. From 28" to 26" in one month.
Is this proper weight loss? I understand that since I only want to shed 11 more pounds it may be slow going. I also know that there are 1-4 fluctuations depending on TOM and weight training. I eat pretty clean, although on a handful of days I have gone over w/ sweeteners and cheese (damn you cauliflower pizza!!!
- but never had even one bite of illegal foods.
I have also noticed that my clothes fit so much better and I am able to wear outfits that I otherwise would not have. I am just wondering if this is because I am more confident, or because I am more thin. Who knows....
For those of you with less to lose, or who lost the last few pounds and got to goal, does my weight loss seem typical? What worked for you?
