Okay today is my first morning.. i decided to eat 1/2 a grapefruit and man did it taste great.. dinner 3 cup salade with jello. lunch 1 4 ounce steak with a medium tomato... how does this sound.. i did introduction on 13 carb and lower.. now i am having more carbs less fat.. am i doing it right.. sure i have the book but i get mixed up easy....

ut oh somebody didn't read her book nor our stickies to learn how to do OWL.
OWL has rules and food restictions just like induction and the first 5 net carb addition is more of those yummy induction veggies. In a few months you will be posting about enjoying those grapefruit again.
