    Okay today is my first morning.. i decided to eat 1/2 a grapefruit and man did it taste great.. dinner 3 cup salade with jello. lunch 1 4 ounce steak with a medium tomato... how does this sound.. i did introduction on 13 carb and lower.. now i am having more carbs less fat.. am i doing it right.. sure i have the book but i get mixed up easy.... urplequ:

    Looks good except that grapefruit isn't allowed until Rung 7. :anger

      ut oh somebody didn't read her book nor our stickies to learn how to do OWL.
      OWL has rules and food restictions just like induction and the first 5 net carb addition is more of those yummy induction veggies. In a few months you will be posting about enjoying those grapefruit again.

            Oh man i did not know the grape fruit.. i have to read stickys because i saw none of that in the book.. or mabe i did not want to see it...
