Okay, i've been doing atkins for about two days now. i've researched alot before i did it and i hope my menu is up to standard, if not would anybody be able to help me out that would be great
A normal day
Breakfast: an omelette
Two slices of ham
2 cooked sausages
2 scrambled eggs
a pinch of cheese
1 tbsp of mayo
Lunch: Sausage and Veg
3 sausages
1 cup of broccoli
Dinner: Beef Burger and veg (not processed)
2 Beef burgers
Pinch of cheese
1 cup of Salad or broccoli
1tbsp of mayo
and i use the frying pan to cook alot of things, am i right in doing this? I use a frying spray with no carbs xx
