I posted in the woman's forum and it felt ok so I am posting here as well... ...my husband freaks at the idea of putting pics on the internet..but this is different I want you guys to see that this can be done!!!! I did it and so can you!!!!

I am a woman with NO resolve!!! and even with that said...I did do this well and lost a lot of weight...not only lost it..but I kept it off for what will be a year 3/5/06 with a reasonable amt of ease!!!...I feel sooooo good ...I think this is it now ..I am done with "dieting" for the rest of my life....perspective about food sunk in....I love it ....have a passion for it..and can enjoy it with out guilt or frustration....

my secret is ...I read the book, eat moderate amts and a wide variety of healthy wonderful fresh food ..Love to cook with a passion..... do not count calories....drink lots of water....move my asss and try to keep a good attitude....so here we go ...deep breath and hopeful my guy never looks on this board...and if he does and he gets mad I will smack him in the head and tell him I am "Paying it forward" ....

Sadie you grace my thread with your beauty thank you ..I sent a pm about tummies and can simply say to everyone the only thing I did to get it to look good was dry brush my body three days a week religiously before a shower!!! I am not sure if it the magic cure but my tummy did NOT look like this a year ago...and since I don't do any sit ups or crunches or really any thing other than work on my house and yard as exercise ..and that is a huge amt of regular phyiscal work trust me..nothing else really changed!
