          Can you stand one more congratulations? I hope so, because you are getting a HUGE one from me. You look amazing. You look like a photo ad for one of those "miracle pills" But we know that it was all you own hard work and persaverance that got you to that amazing shape you are now in. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

                        And really, I don't feel like I did a whole lot either! At most, 30 minutes cardio 3 times per week. Weight training 3 days per week. I'm just amazed. You made a believer out of me Sarah!

                          I'm sooo glad so many are scared to lift especially woman for fear of bulking and looking like a man All I see in your pic is a woman who toned a ton and lost a Whole pile of fat and inches if that is bad then Slap me now.
