hi all,this is so embarrassing, I vow to never let myself get this big again.
I am going to do extreem Atkins (no carbs at all) for 34 days,then after that I will slowly start to add healthy carbs. I am starting with 65% fat 35%protien 0carb,
and will lower the fat and up the protien% a little every week.
I am also going to use the ketostixs to monitor how much keto I am burning.
